Getting Started 7 questions
What exactly is RevWave?
RevWave is an AI-native CRM built for B2B sales teams. Unlike traditional CRMs that bolt AI on as an afterthought, RevWave has intelligence built into every layer — from pipeline management and lead scoring to revenue forecasting, rep coaching, and deal risk alerts. It's one product with everything your team needs to sell smarter, not harder.
How quickly can my team get up and running?
Most teams are fully operational in under an hour. Connect your email and calendar, import your contacts, and RevWave automatically maps your pipeline stages and begins enriching your leads. For larger teams on Professional or Enterprise, we offer a structured onboarding sprint to configure integrations and calibrate your AI models to your historical data.
Do I need technical skills or IT support to set up RevWave?
No. RevWave is built to be set up by salespeople, not engineers. Connecting your email, syncing contacts from an existing CRM, and configuring your pipeline stages all happen through a guided setup flow — no code, no API keys, no IT ticket required. Most of our users get live with zero technical support.
Can I migrate data from my existing CRM?
Yes. RevWave supports direct data import from HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive, as well as CSV uploads for contacts, companies, and deals. For Enterprise customers, we provide assisted migration with data validation and field mapping support. Your historical deal data also helps the AI build more accurate forecasting models faster.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. You get full access to your chosen plan from day one. If you decide not to continue, your account closes automatically at the end of the trial period with no charges. Start your free trial here.
Who is RevWave built for?
RevWave is designed for B2B sales teams at companies with $1M–$50M in ARR — typically with 3 to 50 sales reps. Our customers are founders, CROs, sales managers, and individual reps who need a modern CRM that does more than just store contacts. If your team is on spreadsheets, a clunky legacy CRM, or an overly complex enterprise tool, RevWave is built for you.
How is RevWave different from HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive?
HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive are excellent CRMs that have added AI features over time. RevWave is different in that the AI isn't bolted on — it's the foundation. Every feature is designed to surface what matters before you have to look for it. RevWave is also significantly simpler to deploy, doesn't charge per-seat add-on fees for AI features, and is purpose-built for revenue teams, not every department in your company.
Pricing & Billing 7 questions
What plans does RevWave offer?
RevWave offers four plans:
  • Essential ($19/user/mo) — Core CRM, pipeline management, email sync, mobile CRM. Up to 5 users.
  • Advanced ($39/user/mo) — Everything in Essential plus AI lead scoring, revenue forecasting, sales automation, email marketing. Unlimited users.
  • Professional ($59/user/mo) — Everything in Advanced plus the AI Revenue Copilot, deal intelligence, rep coaching, conversation intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • Enterprise (Custom) — Everything in Professional plus dedicated success manager, SSO/SAML, SLA, and custom integrations.

How much does annual billing save?
Annual billing saves you 25% compared to monthly. Prices drop to $14/user/mo for Essential, $29 for Advanced, and $49 for Professional. Annual plans are billed upfront for the year and include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately (prorated to your current billing cycle) or downgrade at the end of your current period. Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice, no penalties. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. We don't lock you in with multi-year contracts unless you specifically want one for a discount.
Are there any setup or implementation fees?
No. There are no implementation fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs on any plan. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay. Enterprise customers receive dedicated onboarding support at no additional charge as part of their agreement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced annually via ACH or wire transfer. If you need a specific payment arrangement, contact our sales team and we'll accommodate you.
Does RevWave charge per seat for AI features?
No. AI features are included in your plan — they're not add-ons, usage tiers, or separate seat licenses. On the Advanced plan you get AI lead scoring and forecasting. On Professional you get the full AI Revenue Copilot, deal intelligence, and rep coaching. All included in your per-user price, with no consumption caps.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
We have a startup program for early-stage companies (pre-seed through Series A) and nonprofit pricing available upon request. Reach out to our team to learn more about eligibility and current program terms.
Features & AI 8 questions
What is the AI Revenue Copilot?
The AI Revenue Copilot (available on Professional and Enterprise) is an always-on AI assistant embedded in your CRM. It monitors your pipeline 24/7, surfaces deal risks before they become losses, flags forecast drift, identifies rep coaching opportunities, and delivers strategic recommendations — without waiting for you to ask. You can also chat with it directly: ask about your pipeline health, a specific deal, your ICP gaps, or what needs to happen before end of quarter.
How does AI lead scoring work?
RevWave's AI scores every lead based on firmographic fit (company size, industry, tech stack, growth signals), behavioral signals (email engagement, website activity, response patterns), and your historical win/loss data. Scores update continuously as new signals come in — so a lead that goes quiet drops in priority automatically, and a lead that suddenly engages rises to the top. You can customize your ICP criteria to tune the model to your specific target market.
How accurate is the revenue forecasting?
RevWave's forecasting models analyze deal velocity, stage conversion rates, historical close patterns, rep performance, and real-time pipeline activity to produce probabilistic revenue forecasts. Across our customer base, forecast accuracy improves to 90–95% within 60–90 days as the model learns your team's patterns. The more historical deal data you have, the faster and more accurate the forecasts become.
What does deal intelligence actually do?
Deal intelligence continuously monitors every deal in your pipeline for risk signals: no activity for X days, missing MEDDIC qualifiers, single-threaded relationships, unexpected stage regression, price sensitivity cues in emails, and more. When a risk is detected, RevWave surfaces it immediately with a recommendation — draft a follow-up, loop in a champion, adjust the close date — so you can act before the deal goes dark.
Does RevWave include a mobile app?
Yes. The RevWave Mobile CRM is available on iOS and Android and is included with every plan. The mobile app gives you access to your full pipeline, deal details, contact records, AI insights, and real-time alerts — so you can update deals, act on recommendations, and review pipeline health from anywhere. It's the full RevWave experience, not a stripped-down companion app.
What email marketing features are included?
Email marketing is available on Advanced and Professional plans. It includes contact segmentation, email sequence builder, open and click tracking, A/B testing, and send-time optimization. Advanced includes 1,000 sends per seat per month; Professional includes 5,000. All email sending goes through RevWave's infrastructure with built-in deliverability monitoring. You can also sync sequences with your CRM data to trigger emails based on deal stage changes or contact behavior.
Can RevWave replace our existing call recording or conversation intelligence tool?
RevWave's Conversation Intelligence feature (available on Professional and Enterprise) records, transcribes, and analyzes sales calls for deal insights, talk ratios, objection patterns, and next steps — and pushes those insights directly into the deal record. For teams already using Gong or Chorus, we integrate with both so their data flows into RevWave's AI layer. Whether you replace your call tool or integrate it is up to you.
Does the AI learn and improve over time?
Yes. RevWave's AI models are continuously learning from your team's activity: which deals close, which go dark, which leads convert, how long deals spend at each stage, and what rep behaviors correlate with wins. The models retrain on your data regularly, so lead scores, forecast accuracy, and deal risk signals all improve as your team uses the product. Most teams see measurable improvements to AI accuracy within 60–90 days.
Integrations 5 questions
What tools does RevWave integrate with?
RevWave connects natively with:
  • CRMs: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, MS Dynamics
  • Email & Calendar: Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Microsoft 365
  • Call Intelligence: Gong, Chorus
  • Sales Engagement: Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo
  • Enrichment: ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense
  • Productivity: Slack, Notion, HubSpot
  • Scheduling: Chili Piper, Calendly
Enterprise customers can request custom integrations via API.
Can I use RevWave alongside my existing CRM?
Yes. Many teams use RevWave as a standalone CRM to replace their existing system. But if you're committed to staying on HubSpot or Salesforce, RevWave can integrate as an intelligence layer on top — syncing deal data, surfacing AI insights, and pushing recommendations back into your existing CRM records. Most teams eventually consolidate to RevWave once they see how much simpler it is.
How does the email sync work?
RevWave syncs your email via OAuth — no passwords, no forwarding rules. Once connected, it automatically logs relevant sales email threads against the right contact and deal records. Email opens, replies, and link clicks are tracked and feed into deal intelligence scoring. You can also send emails directly from RevWave and have them appear from your own email address.
Does RevWave have an open API?
Yes. RevWave provides a REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Documentation and sandbox credentials are available through your account dashboard once you're set up. Enterprise customers also have access to our solutions engineers for custom integration support.
Can RevWave pull data from our data warehouse?
Yes, on Enterprise plans. RevWave supports data connections from Snowflake, BigQuery, and Redshift, allowing you to enrich CRM records with product usage data, billing events, or any other signals stored in your data warehouse. This enables highly accurate ICP scoring and churn prediction based on actual product behavior rather than just CRM activity.
Security & Privacy 5 questions
How does RevWave protect our data?
RevWave uses AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit for all customer data. We run on SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, conduct regular third-party penetration tests, and maintain a formal vulnerability disclosure program. Role-based access controls let you manage who can see what within your account. All data is stored in US-based data centers by default, with EU hosting available for Enterprise customers.
Is RevWave GDPR compliant?
Yes. RevWave is compliant with GDPR and CCPA. We act as a data processor on behalf of our customers (who are the data controllers). We maintain a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) available on request, support data subject access and deletion requests, and provide tools to help you manage consent and data retention within the platform.
Does RevWave use our data to train AI models?
Your data is used only to improve AI models that benefit your account — such as your forecast models and lead scoring calibration. We do not use your proprietary data to train shared models that benefit other customers. Our privacy policy clearly outlines all data use, and Enterprise customers can opt out of any model training entirely.
Does RevWave support SSO?
SSO via SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 (Google, Microsoft) is available on Enterprise plans. This allows your team to log in through your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, etc.) without managing separate credentials. SSO can be set as required for all users to enforce your organization's security policies.
Can we delete our data if we cancel?
Yes. Before canceling, you can export a full copy of your CRM data (contacts, deals, companies, activity history) in CSV or JSON format. After your account closes, your data is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind, then permanently deleted from our systems. Enterprise customers can request immediate deletion upon cancellation.
